From March 2010, Ford Component Manufacturing Ltd will be upgrading its capabilities with the addition of an Orion 3015 laser profiling machine; this new resource will enhance our current services and reinforces our commitment to investment and cutting edge technology.

General Cutting Tolerance: +/-0.1 (+/-0.05 is achievable if required)
Minimum Hole Size for material: < 3mm <0.5 x material thickness
Minimum Hole Size for material: 3-6mm  0.5 x material thickness
Maximum Sheet Sizes: 3000mm x 1500mm
