System Chosen and Training Started 15/03/2011

After extensive investigation Javelin and Exchequer have been chosen to replace Ford's existing ERP system.

Project teams have been established and training started on the 4th Jan 2011. The target completion date is the 31st Aug 2011.

To date work is progressing well with weekly meetings taking place to ensure that implementation goes to plan.

The new system represents a major investment for Ford which will result in significant improvements for both Ford and its customers.
